Mr. Inman has an extensive career in technology leadership roles, supplemented by strong strategic growth and board experiences. From 2008 to 2011, he was President and CEO of Comarco Wireless Technologies, a California-based, provider of innovative mobile power and test solutions. At Comarco, he drove revenue from $6 million to $32 million in three years. Previous to Comarco, Mr. Inman was Executive Chairman of Think Outside; Co-CEO and Chairman for Viking Components, Inc.; CEO and President of Centura Software Corporation; President and COO of Ingram Micro and President of IBM PC Company, Americas.
Mr. Sosin has more than 25 years of broad legal experience, including 15 years as general counsel with global technology firms. With Covisint, he advises the Board of Directors and executive management on legal matters important to the company and shareholders. He is responsible for assisting the Company to navigate legal matters and manage risk in line with its business strategy and objectives.
Prior to Covisint, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Stefanni, Inc., which acquired TechTeam Global, Inc. (“TEAM”) in 2010. As Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of TechTeam from 1998, Sosin managed all aspects of TechTeam’s legal work ranging from managing public company requirements, to mergers and acquisitions, international law and litigation.
Peviously, he was a Principal at Downey & Sosin, P.C., and associate at other law firms in the metropolitan Detroit area. Sosin received both undergraduate and legal degrees from the University of Michigan. He is currently a Board Member for Community Network Services, Inc., a non-profit community mental health provider.
From 2010 until July 2013, Mr. Digirolamo served as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing and Finance at Allstate Insurance. Mr. Digirolamo was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of General Motors Europe AG from 2008 to 2010 and has held numerous other executive-level financial and operational positions for General Motors.
He currently serves on the board of directors of Metromedia International Group LLC and has also served as a member of the GM European Strategy Board, Opel Supervisory Board, chairman of the Saab Automobile Board of Directors, and the board of directors of GM Russia and Allstate New Jersey and Florida.
Mr. Digirolamo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University. He has also completed the International Executive Program at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mr. Asam oversees all research and development of the Covisint platform and vertical-specific solutions. He also manages customer support, implementation, solution deployment, on-boarding and data center operations for all industry sectors.
Prior to joining Covisint, Mr. Asam provided technology leadership at Ford Motor Company on several large-scale business-to-business and business-to-consumer projects.
Mr. Asam earned both his BS and MS degrees in computer engineering and systems from the University of Michigan.
Aaron J. Aubrecht currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing at Covisint. In this senior executive role, he oversees Covisint's product management and product marketing organization, including setting the platform product direction and strategy for the company.
Prior to joining Covisint, Aaron was most recently with EMC, where he led Products, SaaS Solutions and Enablement for their Information Intelligence Group. Prior to EMC, he led several product lines at Symantec, including Data Loss Prevention and Encryption, their solutions for automating IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, and was the general manager for their storage management solutions on Windows and x86 virtualized server environments.
Aaron has previously held several other leadership roles, including at McKinsey & Company, where he counseled high tech and telecommunications executives on strategy, sales and marketing and operations. Prior to McKinsey, Aaron was an associate in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, an IT consultant at Accenture, and an engineer and officer in the United States Air Force.
Aaron holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree with highest honors from North Carolina State University in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Michael Keddington is Covisint's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, responsible for driving Covisint's sales strategy, execution and global expansion. He brings to Covisint a strong record of revenue, profit, organization and brand building for leading technology companies including Intel, Symantec and Oracle.
Michael has more than two decades of experience leading highly technical sales and marketing teams to build momentum and grow revenue in enterprise infrastructure technologies and software from early stage through hundreds of millions in divisional revenue.
Michael also served as CEO and Director of several early stage growth companies, including RNA Networks -- an enterprise infrastructure software company funded by Menlo Ventures, which he sold to Dell in 2011.
Joel Kremke is Covisint's SVP of Strategic Alliances where he is focused on building out Covisint's vision and execution around growth toward channel partners. Joel has held several positions at Covisint, including VP of Marketing and Strategy, VP of Healthcare sales, SVP of Field Operations, where he oversaw all sales operations worldwide. Prior to Covisint, Joel was one of the founders of Accellos, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. While there, Joel led the sales, marketing, services and support teams and helped orchestrate numerous acquisitions and new product launches globally. Prior to Accellos, Joel was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Distribution Business Unit of Infor Global Solutions. Under Joel's watch, the distribution group integrated several acquisitions around the globe and helped grow the division organically at a pace in excess of market trends. Previous to that, he was a General Manager at JBA International, one of the world's leading ERP providers at the time.
Mr. Miller directs the identity management offering at Covisint, which currently secures access for automotive, healthcare, energy and government customers. Mr. Miller has spoken at numerous conferences in various industries and has also testified before the U.S. Senate regarding e-prescribing of controlled substances (testimony which helped shape new laws). Mr. Miller has been with Covisint since its inception, architecting its federation solutions and implementing the first true identity network for the auto industry. A visionary in FIAM, Mr. Miller has built Covisint’s INFOSEC organization, developed policies and procedures for information security and helped design secure solutions for product offerings.
Mr. Miller has more than 20 years experience in the information technology and automotive industries. Prior to Covisint, he served as Director of Operations for GM TradeXchange, managing the implementation and architecture of GM’s automotive exchange. Previously, Mr. Miller was Chief Architect for Secureway, an IBM division that provided security to e-business initiatives. His GM experience also includes being Director of Technology for Dascom (later purchased by IBM) and his many years as an Enterprise Architect at EDS in Detroit, where he supported GM business systems. He chaired the HIPAA Compliance Work Group and is a member of the Executive Security Action Forum.
Mr. Penn leverages his nearly 30 years of experience to help guide Covisint’s solution strategy since the company’s inception. In addition to strategy, Mr. Penn has driven key vision, product marketing, strategic sales and expansion into multiple verticals and markets. He also is a co-holder of a patent for a core Covisint solution.
Previous to Covisint, Mr. Penn was an enterprise architect with DaimlerChrysler, setting global, enterprise-level architecture standards for common web, distributed computing, data, application and middleware. Mr. Penn spent the previous 13 years with both EDS and General Motors where he was a CAD-CAM systems programmer and worked on a wide range of large, client-server, distributed computing and browser-based designs along with positions in development, implementation and support. An auto industry visionary, he also had early involvement with then-nascent GPS-based services for vehicles.
